Health insurance exchange scramble lobby, from drug stores to a doctor

But they all agree on one thing: it is now time to weigh in. The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has received thousands of comments at the beginning of exchange regulations issued this year, which lay some ground rules for what new market will look like.
